Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your bilingual skills to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele, providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct accurate appraisals of various items, including jewelry, electronics, and other valuable merchandise.
- Negotiate loan terms and purchase prices, maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Process transactions efficiently using our specialized pawn software, including loans, renewals, and sales.
- Maintain impeccable records and assist in inventory management to optimize stock levels.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Expert-level fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the pawn or related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in cash handling, POS systems, and basic financial calculations.
- Knowledge of current market values for various types of merchandise.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and compliance with regulations.
