What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waitstaff position at Brat Haus?
Brat Haus in Old Town Scottsdale is now hiring for the upcoming season which really kicks off with our 13th annual Oktoberfest! Do you LOVE beer? Can you work in a team environment where we all pitch in to create a great customer experience and deliver "Genuine Hauspitality"? We are looking for steady and RELIABLE servers and bartenders! Must possess a good craft beer knowledge, be able to multitask and hustle and maintain a positive and fun attitude on a consistent basis as well as handle constructive feedback in a mature manner. Servers ten to average approximately $38/hr including wage and tips in a fun and casual environment. NO LATE NIGHTS! Locally owned/operated for the past 12 years. Passionate/Dedicated individuals only. Brats, burgers, beers, FUN! No emails or phone calls please.
Responsibilities
- Setting the table
- Pre bus tables
- Seating guests
- Delivering food and drinks to guests
- Running dishes to the kitchen
- Delivering a great customer experience "Genuine Hauspitality"
- Cleaning projects
- Previous POS experience (we use Toast)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years server experience in a casual full-service setting with craft beer menu
- RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
- Strong work ethic
- CRAFT BEER KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. At least a 3 on a scale of 5 with 5 being very knowledgeable
- Ability to handle heavy volume in a short amount of time
- RELIABLE
- Extroverted personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- RELIABLE
- Able to multitask efficiently. Self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- No smokers please
