Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Brattleboro, VT, for a Nursing Residency Program at Brattleboro Retreat. The Nursing Resident will engage in extensive hands-on clinical training, participate in patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and receive mentorship from experienced nursing professionals. Daily tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and documenting patient progress. This role aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of new nursing graduates within a supportive and structured environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure in the state of Vermont or eligible for licensure
- Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
