2025 Varsity Boys Soccer Coach
The Windham Southeast School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking applicants to fill our Brattleboro Union High School Varsity Boys Soccer Head Coach vacancy for the 2025-2026 school year. The season runs from mid-August through October into early November. Along with serving as the head varsity coach, this position will be charged with helping to oversee the entire boys soccer program. Successful candidates will demonstrate an energy and passion for athletics and working with students, strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the sport. Our goal is to provide an education-based environment that fosters the attributes of individual and team improvement, sportsmanship, and teamwork in pursuit of a common goal. Applicants must be able to develop a solid rapport with student-athletes, work cooperatively with the athletic program, provide positive leadership, and model the ideals of good citizenship. .
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of coaching principles and technical aspects of sport is required.
Experience coaching high school-aged student-athletes is preferred.
After-school availability, and some weekends required.

Successful completion of Criminal Background and Child Abuse/Neglect Registry Checks required.
Must meet certifications and training requirements of the Vermont Principals’ Association (VPA):
Concussion in Sports – Upon hire
CPR/AED – Upon hire
Implicit Bias – Upon hire
NFHS or 3D Fundamentals of Coaching – within one year of hire
NFHS First Aid – within one year of hire
