Main Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.

- Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- Implement and follow store policies and practices.
Requirements:

- Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team.
- Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust.
- Effective communication with leadership team members.
- Retail Management experience.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver License (age 21 ).
