Key Responsibilities: As a Shift Supervisor at Braum's, your responsibilities will include teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, overseeing the shift operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, and actively participating in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer focus, a strong work ethic with high standards for integrity, a positive approach to training and developing team members, and the ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. You should also be organized, detailed, and able to follow practices and procedures. Retail experience and a high school diploma or G.E.D. are required.
