As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our stores by executing our brand strategy, promoting our values, and creating a customer-centric culture. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily operations, supervising store crew members, and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members to enhance their skills and performance. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed. Share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Retail management experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. Ability to work a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour workweek.
