Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the store crew members, maximizing store sales, and ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members, as well as overseeing the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store crew members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
Requirements:
- Customer focus with high standards for integrity
- Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all team members
- Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
- Effective communication skills
- Retail experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid Driver's License
