Braum's, Inc. is looking to find a licensed General Liability / Auto Claim Adjuster for our team at the corporate office in Oklahoma City. Under general supervision, perform a variety of professional duties in support of Braum's Claim Department including reviewing, examining, analyzing and resolving General Liability, Auto Liability and Subrogation files. This is a full time position at the Corporate office in OKC. There is no Work from Home with this role; it is 100% in the office. Schedule will be Monday ' Friday 8am to 5pm (some flexibility in the start and stop times)Responsibilities : ' Contact employee(s) and determine events involved in the incident / accident ' Contact third party claimant(s) and verify occurrence and injury, if applicable ' Work with claimant's counsel to bring a resolution to the claim ' Work with law enforcement and legal counsel when appropriate to bring a resolution to the claim ' Attend mediation and trials on cases being handled by adjuster ' Determine value of vehicles in the event of a total loss of vehicle ' Properly reserve claim file for exposure to company ' Work in a team environment where everyone contributes to the activities of the department ' Work with a video system to view incidents that occur at our retail locations ' Investigate Subrogation exposure claims ' Experience with Arbitration Forums would be beneficial but not required ' Work with other departments for the overall benefit of the company ' Work with Claim system to electronically document claim activity and diary filesMinimum Qualifications : ' High School Diploma or equivalent ' Must be an active Licensed General Liability - Auto Adjuster ' Excellent oral and written communication skills ' Proficient in Microsoft Office products ' Proficient in the use of a personal computer ' Previous General Liability and Auto Liability experience is preferred Benefits available : ' Competitive salary ' Major medical and STD available ' Dental & Vision care program ' 401K with company match ' Paid vacations and holidays ' Product Discounts at our stores If interested, please apply here.
