Job Description: As a Shift Supervisor at Braum's, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the shift operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will work closely with the store crew members to maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Additionally, you will actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a positive approach to training and developing team members, and the ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. You should also be organized, detailed, and able to follow practices and procedures. Retail experience and a high school diploma or G.E.D. are required.
