As a Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, and creating a great customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, overseeing daily operations, and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team. You should also be able to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust, adapt to customer and employee needs, communicate effectively with leadership team members, and follow practices/procedures while being organized and detail-oriented.
