\Salary: The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $14.50 to $15.00, with an annual salary of $35,500 to $37,000.
\Job Description: As a Shift Supervisor at Braum's, you will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values. You will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. You will also oversee shift operations, including food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
\Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include teaching and coaching store crew members, providing leadership, and ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to achieve unit goals and participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
\Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., be at least 21 years old, and have retail experience. You should possess strong communication skills, be able to build a successful team, and adapt to changing customer and employee needs. Additionally, you must be organized, detailed, and able to follow established practices and procedures.
