Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will work closely with the store crew members to maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Your role will also involve monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
