Job Summary:
Braum's is seeking a positive and energetic Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
