Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing Braum's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales.
You will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, focusing on customer satisfaction and food quality.
Additionally, you will oversee shift operations, monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
You will share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
