About the Role:
We are seeking a positive and energetic Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in executing our company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- Ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
