Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members to maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Braum's store policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or related field.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members.
- Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all team members.
- Customer focus, work ethic and high standard for integrity.
- Organized, detailed and able to follow practices/procedures.
