The General Manager plays a crucial role in executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values to achieve a great customer experience and maximize sales.
This position involves overseeing daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, ensuring high standards of inventory management, kitchen equipment maintenance, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Main Responsibilities:

- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members to ensure unit goals are achieved
