Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
- Implement and enforce Braum's store policies and practices
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members to achieve unit goals
The successful candidate will be a positive, energetic person with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to customer and employee needs. They must also be able to identify effective team alignment to enhance performance.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to work a 10:00 am - 7:30 pm shift
- Experience running, managing, and leading a retail store unit
