Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will execute the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values through a great customer experience and maximized sales. They will oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed. This leader will ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. They will provide leadership to the store crew members, ensuring unit goals are achieved and an enhanced customer-centric culture is maintained.
Essential Skills
Three to five years of experience running, managing, and leading a retail store unit is required. An Associate Degree or some college education is beneficial. Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust is critical. Adaptability to customer and employee needs, as well as store environment conditions, is necessary. Effective communication with leadership team members is vital.
