Job Description:
The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values. This includes delivering a great customer experience and maximizing sales by recognizing the importance of our people and their contribution to unit goals.
The successful candidate will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, and oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Responsibilities include monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed, and ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
Work Schedule:
Work days vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. Reports to the Assistant Manager.
Requirements:
