About the Role:
We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for executing our brand strategy and promoting our vision, mission, and values.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Braum's store policies and practices
