Position: Shift Supervisor
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Shift: Rotating 3-week schedule with expected 45 hour work week (5:30 am - 3:00 pm)
Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 annually ($35,500 - $37,000)
The Shift Supervisor's role at Braum's involves executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales.
To achieve this goal, the supervisor will teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
The supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing shift operations, including food service function, grocery market and fountain sales, as well as actively participating in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
The supervisor will share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
