Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor
We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure implementation of Braum's store policies and practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
- Customer focus and high standard for integrity
- Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust
- Effective communication with leadership team members
- Follow-up and follow-through discipline
- Initiate action and achieve goals
- Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices/procedures
- Retail experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Age 21 years or older
