Key responsibilities include teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, overseeing daily operations, monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness, and ensuring implementation of Braum's store policies and practices.
