The Assistant Manager plays a key role in executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values. This includes providing leadership to the store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, and overseeing daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversight of daily operations, including inventory management, kitchen equipment maintenance, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensuring compliance with Braum's store policies and practices
Requirements:
- Customer focus and strong work ethic
- Ability to build a successful team by creating a culture of trust
- Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to analyze reporting results
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Retail Management experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License
