Responsibilities
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness
- Evaluate and implement effective team alignment to enhance performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Retail Management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License
