Supervise and Lead a Team
Braum's is seeking a positive, energetic Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, and providing a great customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Braum's store policies and practices
Requirements:
- Customer focus with high standards for integrity
- A strong work ethic with ability to train, develop, and interact with team members
- Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust
- Effective communication with leadership team members
- Familiarity with retail experience and ability to follow best practices/procedures
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License
