Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced shift supervisor to join our Braum's team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and inventory management
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
• Participate in monitoring and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience a plus
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a rotating 3-week schedule with an estimated 45-hour workweek
