Job Description: As a Retail Store Manager at Braum's, you will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, and ensuring a great customer experience. You will oversee the daily operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed. You will also ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly, teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members to achieve unit goals.
