Assistant Restaurant Manager and Food Service Supervisor Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a positive, energetic individual to fill an Assistant Manager position. This role offers opportunities for advancement and comes with an excellent compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Braum's store policies and practices.
