About the Role:
Braum's is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
- Implement and follow Braum's store policies and practices
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail management
- Customer-focused with high standards for integrity
- Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team
- Able to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust
- Adaptable to customer and employee needs, as well as store environment conditions
- Effective communication skills with leadership team members
- Able to identify effective team alignment to enhance performance

- Ability to review, understand, and analyze reporting results
