Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in executing Braum's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values.
• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to Braum's store policies and practices.
