**Compensation Package:**

$52,500 - $57,000 annually

Job Description:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, resulting in remarkable customer satisfaction and maximized sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop store crew members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
• Maximize store sales through effective customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement and enforce Braum's store policies and practices.

Work Schedule:

Variable shifts based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.

Store Manager
