What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Team Lead position at Braums Ice Cream and Dairy Stores?
As a key member of the Braum's leadership team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in driving business results and achieving unit goals. They are responsible for executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, and resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence. They should be able to teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, and actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. This includes working days that vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week and reporting to the Store Manager.
