The Braum Bakery & Processing Plant is the heart of our operation, and we're seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect samples for testing to meet state, health, and quality control standards
- Track results and maintain inventory control
- Promote process improvements to ensure quality assurance
- Inform other teams of test results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science
- D Water Operators License (or ability to obtain)
- C Water Lab License
- Able to maintain and operate lab equipment and computers in a sterile environment
Benefits:
- Hourly compensation: $17-$20/hr based on experience
