Job Description
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Braum's, you will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values. Key responsibilities include teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members; maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality; overseeing daily operations of food service functions, grocery markets, and fountain sales; actively participating in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness; and ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Work schedule: A rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. Reports to: Store Manager.
