Management Team Member
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Team Member to join our team. As an Assistant Manager at Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Assist in teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members
- Assist in overseeing inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Assist in ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
