Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- Implement and maintain Braum's store policies and practices.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver License.
