Job Summary
Braum's is seeking a positive and energetic Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- E nsure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Customer focus and high standard for integrity.
- Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust.
- Adaptability to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
- Effective communication with leadership team members.
- Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices/procedures.
