Position: Shift Supervisor
Minimum Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience required.
Shift: Afternoon shifts from 2 pm to close
Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour ($39,500 - $42,500 annually)
The role of Shift Supervisor at Braum's involves leading our team in executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values, resulting in exceptional customer experiences and maximized sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Braum's store policies and practices.
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule with a rotating 3-week cycle, averaging 45 hours per week
Reports to: Assistant Manager
