Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a key member of the management team and is responsible for executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission and values. This includes providing leadership to the store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, and overseeing the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness
Requirements
