About the Company
Braun Construction is a civil site work contractor in Wilsonville, Oregon. We were a family-owned business established in 2015 that performs a large volume and variety of different scopes focusing on excavation and underground utility work. Our customers are primarily public works projects for local, state and federal agencies in Oregon and SW Washington.
Responsibilities
- General Ledger Accounting including Accounts payable and receivable within QuickBooks Desktop
- Loan, credit card and bank payments and reconciliations
- Performing Bi-Weekly in-House payroll including certified payroll and taxes
- New hire paperwork and administrative on-boarding
- Manage Workers Compensation and yearly audits
- Project setup and coordination with project managers and estimators
- Subcontractor Outreach
- Subcontractor Administration including contracts, current certificates insurance certificates, W-9 and certified payroll management
- Identify bidding opportunities and assistance with bid submission requirements
- General Liability Insurance administration and audits
- Fleet tracking
- Trucking account management, Taxes, FMCSA, IFTA and licensing
- Workers Compensation admin and audits
- Digital organization of files, receipts, invoices, and in network folders. Work toward full integration of digital recordkeeping
- Prepare and update marketing materials, prequalification materials
- Prepare financial reports within QuickBooks
- Excel, Adobe, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft software Proficiency
- Ability to learn new online systems quickly for different Local, State and Federal agencies to manage multiple administrative requirement

Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- 2 years of professional administration experience
- Quickbooks Desktop: 3 years (Required)
