Braun Intertec is looking to hire a Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team in Bloomington, MN who will support their Facilities Department and Bloomington Operational Divisions (construction materials laboratory and NDE).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service by ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery and communication (documenting and sharing tracking / PRO information as needed), answering phones, supporting customers and internal share holders
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure outgoing shipments are packaged and loaded properly and securely and incoming receiving is unloaded in a timely manner
- Document any damaged goods received with pictures and report
- Coordination with front desk, receiving area and Night Driver as needed
- Coordination with clients and carriers for the shipping of materials and goods, including understanding the carrier's capabilities and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Warehouse, garage, and lab areas
- Perform miscellaneous facility related tasks on as as-needed basis
- Analyzes logistical problems and provides and / or recommends solutions
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when on job site.
Compensation Range :
41,000.00 - $62,000.00
