Braun Northwest, Inc. (BNW) is now hiring for a Project Coordinator in Chehalis, WA.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40hrs per week with a start time between 6:00am and 7:00am. This position is overtime eligible. The compensation for this position is $24-$32/hr DOE/DOQ.

Braun Northwest is looking for the right candidate to fill our open Project Coordinator position. This position is responsible for the coordination and management of all interfaces of an emergency response vehicle build process to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of each assigned project. In simple terms, these positions manage the emergency vehicle build process from specifications to delivery. The positions interface with, but not limited to; Customers, Management, Sales Staff, Specification/Bid Estimator, Engineering, Materials and Production.
In order to be successful in this position, the candidate must have:
- the ability to work with a diverse customer based from Fire and Police Chiefs, to Purchasing Agents and Fleet Managers.
- the ability to apply solid Project Management Principles for efficient timelines and completion of tasks.
- the ability to work in front of a monitor for long periods of time.
- the ability to maneuver in, out, and around the vehicle modules in order to inspect the completed work at each stage of the build process.
- the ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to focus on details.
- the ability to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
These positions may require overtime and some Saturday work, along with maintaining a solid work attendance.
Required Education:
AA degree in business or equivalent from an accredited college plus one year experience working in project management or project coordination.
OR
Three years of experience working as a project manager, job cost estimator, or a position where the costing of goods and services is required.
Position Requirements:
This position requires the use of Microsoft software such as; Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
Knowledge Requirements:
Lean Principles of Manufacturing or Project Management Principles. Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is desirable.
