Position Title: Business Development Center Agent
Location: Remote/Work from home*
*candidate must reside in one of the following areas--St. Louis, MO; Albuquerque, NM; Phoenix, AZ, Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, TX, Houston, TX.

Full Time Position: 9 Hour Shift between the hours of 7a – 7 pm CST with a one-hour lunch. Weekend Availability Required. Shift based on need of the Department.
Job Description:
Responsible for assisting and connecting customers appropriately via our call center processes. The success of this position will rely on consistently collecting data and bringing value to our customer interactions. You must be customer service driven, a detail-orientated individual and have exceptional organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure that each incoming call is answered in a welcoming and professional manner
- Learn, understand, document, and adhere to customer connection processes
- Diligently and attentively work to reach new customers via phone; collect information and transfer them on to correct personnel
- Returning emails and other administrative functions when assigned
- Develop and implement unique customer connection processes to ensure work is completed thoroughly (all contact information is collected and transferred within the CRM)
- 100% Commit to becoming an expert in customer service with every call
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of Call Center or high call volume with high digital lead volume (60 digital leads per day)
- 2 years of Front Desk, Receptionist, or Customer Service experience preferred
- High School or Equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.
- Must have high speed internet and quiet and dedicated work space for hybrid work.
- Technical proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams experience a plus. WebEx, Finesse, and/or Salesforce experience a plus.

- Exceptionally well-spoken, well-written and professional; speak with confidence and create an undeniably positive first impression.
- Results and goal driven, persistent, self-confident, prospecting skills, can handle rejection, ability to retain a large amount of product knowledge.
- Demonstrate the ability to listen, think quickly, and identify client needs
- Ability to document notes thoroughly in order for the team to consistently follow up with prospects, existing customers, and comply with the pre and post-sales process
- Data entry for every lead, ensure relevant data
- Task oriented, detail driven
- Ability to deliver results and meet goals with minimal supervision
- Staying on task and showing energy while answering calls.
- Must have strong empathetic and customer relations skills
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Sales Force experience and software literate
- Knowledge of the mobility industry
- Ability to multi-task
Location: This position is remote/work from home, with onsite training hosted at a local store branch. Candidate must reside in one of the following areas--St. Louis, MO; Albuquerque, NM; Phoenix, AZ, Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, TX, Houston, TX.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
