We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Middle School Language Arts Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year . The ideal candidate will inspire students to become confident readers, writers, and critical thinkers in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment.
Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver engaging ELA lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical analysis.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and align curriculum goals.
Manage the classroom environment to encourage positive behavior and engagement.
Supervise students during non-instructional times.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in education, English, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (middle school ELA preferred).
Strong knowledge of literature, writing instruction, and grammar.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
