This 10-employee, Series A firm ($11 million in total funding), which is backed by Techstars, Alumni Ventures, Struck Capital, Social Leverage, and Javelin Venture Partners, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to sell $30k to $100k ACV deals to B2B companies across many industries. Target sectors include software, cybersecurity, and financial services. This is a hybrid role based out of their San Francisco office.

Role
- Individual contributor role, reporting to the CEO and working hybrid from their San Francisco office.
- 110k base salary, $220k OTE. Uncapped comp plan with accelerators. Company equity, 100% covered medical benefits, and 401(k) are included.
- You must have 3 years of experience selling a Marketing Tech solution.
- Currently 100% of leads are inbound; this is a closing role where you will deliver 20 or more demos each month.
- You will call on Head of Marketing, Head of Demand-Gen, Marketing Operations, and related titles.
- The top performers here are value sellers who can manage a large pipeline of opportunities.

OTE : $200,000 - $220,000 OTE, but you can earn a lot more if you're successful due to our uncapped commission and generous accelerator structure. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, commission, and company stock options.
