Our staffing agency represents a privately-held AI-powered luxury residential security company that is led by a distinguished team of veteran investors, entrepreneurs and roboticists.
This 22-employee, Seed-funded firm ($18 million in funding), which has been featured by The Washington Post, Futurism Magazine, and Fox News, is seeking two (2) Senior Client Sales Advisors to sign $100k agreements with high-net-worth individuals who own properties worth $5 million or more. You will work from our San Francisco office and frequently meet with potential clients at their Bay Area properties.

Role
- Individual contributor role, working from our San Francisco office.
- 130k to $160k base salary, $200k OTE (On Target Earnings). Uncapped comp plan with accelerators. The quota is two (2) deals per month.
- You will sell to high-net-worth individuals, LLCs, private equity firms, and property managers who own or operate homes worth between $5 million and $20 million.
- Top candidates have at least 3 years of experience selling luxury items to Bay Area clientele. You are at the top of our list if you sell luxury real estate!
- Other target backgrounds include representatives of luxury vehicles, boats, jets, artwork, jewelry, travel, events, country clubs, and experiences.
- You must be willing to travel locally to networking events.
- No order takers please; you are scrappy, gritty, driven, creative, and passionate about luxury sales!
