This 175-employee, PE-backed firm (Arkview Capital), which has earned a 4.1 Glassdoor rating (60 reviews), is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to sell $200k to $1 million consulting and staff augmentation deals to Fortune 5000 companies. This is a remote role, although you must be located in a large Texas metro area.

Role

  • Individual contributor role, reporting to the Chief Business Officer and working from your home office in a large metro area (Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio).
  • $125k to $150k base salary, $300k OTE. Uncapped compensation plan with accelerators. Top earners here clear $350k.
  • Total rewards plan includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off).
  • Top candidates have 5 years of experience targeting senior-level decision-makers (CMO, VP of Marketing, CTO) at complex Mid-Market organizations (typically 1,000 to 5,000 employees).
  • You must have experience selling digital marketing services, digital transformation, marketing technology integration services, marketing analytics services, or a similar solution.
  • You have a proven track record of leveraging a solid network to generate leads and close deals.
  • You will self-source 80% of your pipeline; sales cycles are 4 to 6 months. Exquisite attention to detail is a must for this role.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Digital Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong network and established relationships in the digital marketing, web development, and custom application development sectors. The successful candidate will leverage their connections to drive new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our digital marketing solutions, web development services, and custom application development. Utilize your established network to generate leads, identify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Leverage your connections and industry relationships to engage with potential clients and understand their business needs. Offer customized solutions that align with their goals, demonstrating the value and ROI of our services.
  • Solution Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our digital solutions. Address client questions and objections effectively to close deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that help clients achieve their digital transformation objectives.
  • Market Research and Networking: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities. Utilize your network to gain insights, forge partnerships, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Campaign and Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, development, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Manage client expectations and ensure projects are completed on time and to satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and custom applications. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of sales experience in digital marketing, web development, or custom application development, with a proven track record of leveraging a solid network to generate and close deals.
  • Skills:
  • Established network and strong connections within the digital marketing, web development, and technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, web development processes, and custom application development.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to sell complex solutions.
